Your information, your choices.

Castle Arts Collective and the selected Villager network projects use your email and selected interests to send relevant project updates. Name and postal code are optional. We record your choices, signup source, consent wording and signup date. Signing up for one project does not subscribe you to the others.

Vendor application details are used to review your interest and communicate about participation. Applying does not sign you up for marketing unless you separately choose the optional newsletter checkbox.

Jade Lights free early-access registration also records ticket interest and estimated party size. Participation inquiries record your role, proposal and any optional portfolio or setup information. These are expressions of interest, not confirmed tickets or bookings. A one-time receipt is queued for periodic email delivery through Castle Arts’ connected Gmail account. Records of sending help prevent duplicate confirmations.

Submissions are stored privately. They are not published to the community boards or sold. Authorized project administrators may export records for mailing and application review.

Email confirmation

New newsletter choices remain pending until you confirm by email. A confirmation is queued for periodic delivery, usually within an hour. After confirmation, a welcome message explains your selections. We retain suppression records and check current subscription status before sending. Requested event receipts remain separate from newsletter consent.

Unsubscribe or request deletion

Use the unsubscribe link provided after signup or in an email, or email awuka000@gmail.com. State which project lists you wish to leave, or request removal from all lists. We keep suppression records to avoid sending further marketing to people who have opted out.
